The JUMP Forum are the biggest single-day events on women's career and gender equality in the workplace.

Women and Men as allies for greater equality and performance

Men have a critical role to play in creating inclusive workplaces. But too often they remain on the margins of gender initiatives (or not involved). To address this gap, JUMP dedicates its 7th Forum to finding ways to partner with men to end inequalities at work.

“It is important that more men support an initiative like JUMP because it is about them as well. It turns out that the more gender equal a marriage the happier the men are, the better their children do in school, the happier their children are and the more sex they have. This is a win-win! When women win, men win also.”
